One Church Software is Grace Chapel's new online platform for managing all your information. Going forward, we will use One Church in place of our other online platforms, TouchPoint and Subsplash. Online giving and member directory links will be updated to point to One Church, but you'll still find them in the same locations as before, both on our website and in the GC app.

If you're a GC member, your basic information has already been added to One Church. While that gives us a great starting point, the directory is only accurate if your information is up to date. That’s why we’re encouraging everyone to set up an account and review their profile. Keeping your own information current helps strengthen communication and keep everyone connected—from the church office to the congregation. After all, you’re the person who knows best when something in your profile needs to change! 

Yes! Your information is not accessible to the general public—only registered Grace Chapel members can view it. You can also control exactly what others see by adjusting the privacy settings within your profile. 

After you've set up your account using the setup link above, click the One Church Member Directory button in the GC app, or visit the following link:

From here, use the menu on the left side of your screen to explore the different areas available in One Church.

If you're on a mobile device, click the menu button (☰) in the upper-left corner to access the menu.

Once you've logged in, a list of Grace Chapel members will appear, organized alphabetically by last name. If you do not see member information displayed, click on Contacts in the menu on the left side of your screen.

If you're on a mobile device, click the menu button (☰) in the upper-left corner to access the menu.

You can access One Church Giving via the Grace Chapel app or website, just as before. You can also log in directly to your One Church account at

Click the blue Give Now button in the upper-left corner of your screen.

Then, follow these steps:

1. Amount & Fund
   Enter your donation amount and choose a fund from the drop-down menu. You can also add a memo if needed.
   
   
2. How Often?
   Choose one of the following options:
      • One-time payment
      • Recurring
      • Once at a future date (for a one-time gift scheduled later)
   If you select Recurring, you’ll see frequency options: Weekly, Every 2 weeks, Monthly on the 1st and 15th, Monthly, Every 2 months, Quarterly, Every 6 months, and Annually. After choosing the frequency, select your Starting on and Until dates.
   
   
3. Payment
   Select "New Credit/Debit Card" or "New Bank Account" and enter your payment information.
   You can also
      • Save your payment method for future use
      • Indicate if you're giving on behalf of a business
      • Enroll in text giving, if desired
   
   
4. Covering Processing Fees
   If you’d like to help offset processing costs, check the box to cover the fees before submitting your gift.
   
   
5. Submit Your Gift
   Click the blue Give button to complete your donation. A receipt will be emailed to you automatically.

Log in to your One Church account at https://gracechapel.onechurchsoftware.com and follow the steps below:

On a desktop or laptop:

1. Click the View my profile link in the top left, near your photo.
2. Click the Financial tab, then the Schedules tab underneath.
3. Click the three dots (...) next to your scheduled gift and select Edit or Cancel.

On a mobile device:

1. Click the menu (☰) button in the upper left corner.
2. Click the View my profile link in the top left, near your photo.
3. Scroll down to the Info section and click the menu (☰) button on the right.
4. Select the $ Financial option, then the Schedules option underneath.
5. Click the three dots (...) next to your scheduled gift and select Edit or Cancel.

Only the Grace Chapel administrative and finance teams have access to giving records. Your personal giving history is never visible to other staff, ministry leaders, or members. 

Yes! Security is a top priority for One Church Software. As required by the PCI Security Council and all processing banks, One Church is a PCI-Compliant Service Provider (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). This means One Church conforms to the highest set of security standards in the payment card industry. Additionally, One Church Giving and One Church Software use 256-Bit SSL technology for data transactions. All personal, credit card, & bank information is submitted using 256-bit encryption. There is no stronger form of protection available.

Please Note: Grace Chapel will never store your credit/debit card or bank account information anywhere outside of the secure One Church Software platform. One Church and Grace Chapel do not have the ability to access your credit card or bank account numbers, or your One Church account password, at any time. 

Covering payment processing fees is an optional way for you to help us cover the cost of online transactions.

Although our new online giving platform is more transparent about fees, these charges are not new. Grace Chapel has always been required to pay processing fees with every online giving provider we’ve used.

And importantly:
If you have previously opted not to cover the fees yourself, Grace Chapel has always covered them on your behalf. What’s different now is simply the clarity around how those fees work.

If you opt to not cover these fees, GC will continue to do so on your behalf.

Why These Fees Still Matter
Even though fees are never ideal, they make online giving possible by ensuring your gifts are handled safely and efficiently. Online giving has become a valuable tool for our church because it:

• Provides consistent giving—even when families are traveling or unable to attend
• Reduces administrative workload and manual data entry
• Ensures secure, accurate, and timely posting of gifts
• Serves those who prefer digital tools over checks or cash

Your generosity continues to make a full impact on the ministries of Grace Chapel. Online giving simply provides another convenient and reliable way to give.

A common question is, “Because we’re a church, shouldn’t these fees be waived?”

Unfortunately, no. Processing fees apply to every organization that accepts digital payments—businesses, nonprofits, and churches alike. While our payment processors would love to offer free processing to us as a church/non-profit organization, structurally, they can’t, because most of the fees they charge don’t actually belong to them.

Payment processors can discount their portion—but cannot eliminate all fees.
Processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, merchant account providers) can sometimes offer reduced rates for nonprofits. However, they still must pass through the non‑waivable interchange and assessment fees set by banks and card networks.

• Most of the fee goes to banks and card networks—not the processor.
  A large portion of every transaction fee is the interchange fee, which is set by credit card networks like Visa and Mastercard and paid to the issuing bank. These fees are non‑negotiable and apply to every merchant category, including nonprofits. Processors have no ability to waive these fees because they do not control them.
  
  
• Interchange fees fund critical financial infrastructure.
  Interchange fees help cover the cost of fraud prevention, credit risk, network operations, and rewards programs that cardholders receive. These costs remain the same regardless of whether the transaction benefits a business or a nonprofit.
  
  Because the underlying services cost money, totally waiving fees for nonprofits would require banks and networks to absorb those costs—something current payment system rules don’t allow.
  
  
• Fees are part of federal regulatory structures.
  In the U.S., interchange fees for debit transactions are regulated to be “reasonable and proportional to cost,” but not waived for any merchant group, including nonprofits. This is a federal requirement under 15 U.S. Code § 1693o‑2. The law outlines how fees must be structured, but not an exemption path for nonprofits.

We’ve chosen One Church Giving to ensure your contributions support what matters most. One Church offers competitive payment processing rates that are lower than our previous online giving platforms, so you can rest assured that more of your gift goes directly to ministry—not to processing fees.

Debit/Credit Card rate is the same for all cards, including American Express.

1. Log in to your One Church account and select Groups from the left menu.
2. Select the group that you would like to edit.
3. Click the Members tab. Here, you can view, add or remove group members*
4. Click the three dots (...) next to a member's name to edit their group member type, start date, end date, and position(s).

*If you are removing a member from your group, please change their End Date or select the Drop from Roster option, rather that deleting them. If a person is deleted from a group, their group membership history will not be retained.

Yes! One Church makes it easy to communicate with your group and keep conversations organized. 

1. Log in to your One Church account and select Groups from the left menu, then select your Life Group.
2. Click the Discussions tab, then the blue + Start Discussion button.
3. Enter a subject and body content for your message, then click the blue Send button. Your group members will automatically receive your message via email. If group members reply to your message, their responses will also be recorded here.

If you are a ministry leader, you have the ability to send emails to your ministry members from within One Church.

1. Log in to your One Church account and click the ➢ Messaging button at the top of the screen, then select ✉ Email.
2. in the From section, click the drop-down menu to select the email address you would like to use.
3. In the Recipients section, click 🖍 Edit, then click Person and select the Group option.
4. Begin typing to search for your group by name. Select your group from the list, then click Close at the bottom of the screen.
5. If you would like to use a pre-made email template, click the drop-down next to Template, then Insert Email Designer Template. Select your desired template, then click the blue Insert Template button.
6. Edit the subject and body of your message, then click the blue ✓ Send button.
7.  If you'd like to send yourself a test email first, click the ✉ Send Test Email button on the left, then enter the email address you'd like to send it to and press the blue ➢ Send button.

If you are a ministry leader, you have the ability to send emails to your ministry members from within One Church.

1. Log in to your One Church account and click the ➢ Messaging button at the top of the screen, then select 🖥Text message.
2. In the Recipients section, click 🖍 Edit, then click Person and select the Group option.
3. Begin typing to search for your group by name. Select your group from the list, then click Close at the bottom of the screen.
4. Enter the Content of your message and select whether you'd like to be able to Receive Replies. If you opt to receive replies, the selected recipient will receive responses via email.
5. Select the Timing of your message: Now or Later. If later, enter the date and time you'd like to send your message.
6. Click the blue ✓ Send or ✓ Schedule button.
7.  If you'd like to send yourself a test message first, click the 🖥 Send test text button on the left, then enter the number you'd like to send it to and press the blue ➢ Send button.
